The LWVLVV Health Committee continues to work as a coalition member
with the Nevada Health Care Reform Project in support of the League position of a national health care system with access to all. The
coalition's mission is access to quality, affordable health care. In addition, we will continue our study of children's obesity. In
the last legislative session, we worked on legislation on this topic. Members interested in how to effect a change in the health
care system are encouraged to join us.
The committee meets the first Tuesday of each month.
